These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Aladdin888 online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile-optimised pages, software, content, and services ("Platform") operated under the brand name Aladdin888 and accessible at aladdin888.cam and its associated subdomains ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you ("User", "Player", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gambling Policy, and any other policies, rules, or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms are written in English and are intended for users located in Malaysia. References to currency are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless otherwise stated. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

In these Terms, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Account" means the personal account created by a User on the Platform for the purpose of accessing gaming and betting services.
• "Balance" means the total of deposited funds and any credited bonuses held in a User's Account at any given time.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the Aladdin888 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Aladdin888 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gambling activities. This is non-negotiable and applies regardless of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, as a form of entertainment, and are not participating under any form of coercion, duress, or professional obligation to recover financial losses.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or any affiliated gaming service and are not subject to any active self-exclusion order.
• You are registering on your own behalf and are not acting as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or contractor of Aladdin888 or any of its technology, payment, or content partners.
• You have provided accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

To register an Account, you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian identification number (as per your MyKad or passport), a valid email address, and contact number. All information provided must be accurate and current.

Aladdin888 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. You may be required to complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed, upon reaching certain deposit or transaction thresholds, or at any time where Aladdin888 deems identity verification necessary for compliance or security purposes.

Required KYC Documents

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Age: Your identity document must clearly show your date of birth confirming you are aged 21 or above.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., e-wallet account screenshot, bank statement header).
• Proof of Address (if required): A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence confirming your residential address in Malaysia.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from Aladdin888 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and, in persistent cases, Account closure. Aladdin888 reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. Aladdin888 will never ask you to disclose your password under any circumstances, whether by email, live chat, phone, or any other communication channel.

Any activity conducted through your Account — including all wagers placed and all transactions initiated — is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified us of a security breach. You must notify Aladdin888's customer support team immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Do not share your Account credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your Account when using shared or public devices.
• Enable any additional security features offered by the Platform, such as two-factor authentication, where available.

Aladdin888 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain reasonable security over your login credentials.

All deposits on the Aladdin888 Platform are processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Aladdin888 does not charge any deposit processing fee on standard transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees which are beyond our control.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The maximum deposit per transaction for standard accounts is RM30,000, subject to the limits of your chosen payment method. Higher-tier VIP accounts may have access to enhanced deposit limits.

Accepted Payment Methods

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay — credited instantly to your Account.
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow — processed in real time via Bank Negara's national payment infrastructure.
• Online Banking: FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — supports Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now, and other participating Malaysian banks. Processing time: 5–15 minutes.

You agree that all funds deposited into your Account originate from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any illegal or unlawful activity. Aladdin888 reserves the right to refuse deposits and conduct enhanced due diligence on transactions that appear inconsistent with a User's stated profile or prior activity.

Withdrawals from the Aladdin888 Platform are subject to the following conditions and processing timelines. Aladdin888 aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly and in accordance with the speed tiers published on the Platform.

Withdrawal Speed Tiers

• E-Wallet Withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): processed within 5 minutes of approval for fully verified accounts.
• DuitNow / FPX Withdrawals: processed within 5–15 minutes via the Malaysian interbank transfer network.
• Direct Bank Transfer: processed within 15–60 minutes as a standard fallback option for all major Malaysian banks.

All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Aladdin888 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal where the account has not completed full verification. Minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been used to make a prior deposit to the Account, subject to method availability. Aladdin888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods under a different name to the registered account holder.

Aladdin888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is presented. General bonus terms are set out in this clause; specific offer terms may impose additional or more restrictive conditions.

• Each bonus offer is valid for the stated duration only. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from your Account.
• Wagering requirements ("turnover") must be completed using Real Money Funds and/or Bonus Funds as specified in the individual offer. The applicable wagering contribution may vary by game type (e.g., live dealer games may contribute at a different rate than slots).
• Bonuses are awarded to one registered Account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and is prohibited.
• Aladdin888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice where evidence of abuse, fraud, or technical error is identified.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings may apply and will be stated in the relevant offer terms.

All wagers placed on the Aladdin888 Platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets (including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UFC, and other events), or any other product — are subject to the specific rules of each game or market as published on the Platform.

Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed by the Player. Results are determined by the relevant game engine or sports outcome and are final. In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts a game or betting event, Aladdin888's decision on the outcome shall be final and binding.

• Aladdin888 reserves the right to void bets that are placed on markets where odds have been published in error or where the integrity of the event is called into question.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all markets and game types. These limits may be adjusted at Aladdin888's discretion without prior notice.
• Sports betting markets are subject to official event results. Voided matches or events cancelled prior to completion will result in bets being settled as void and stakes returned.
• Mix Parlay bets require all selections to win for the bet to return a positive outcome. If any selection in a Mix Parlay is void, that selection will be removed and the parlay settled on the remaining legs.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Aladdin888 Platform. Violation of any of the prohibitions listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account ("multi-accounting") or assisting another person to do so for the purpose of circumventing platform rules or claiming duplicate bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic aid to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or sports betting markets for the purpose of manipulating outcomes or sharing information improperly.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to generate winnings beyond the intended operation of a game. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to process funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent identification or verification documents during the KYC process.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse including, without limitation, placing low-risk covering bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine participation in the spirit of the game.

Aladdin888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting the wellbeing of all players. Gambling should be approached as a form of entertainment — it must not be used as a means to generate income, recover financial losses, or resolve personal financial difficulties.

The Platform is strictly restricted to players aged 21 years and above. Aladdin888 actively enforces this restriction through mandatory age verification as part of the KYC process. If we identify or have reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under 21, the Account will be suspended immediately pending verification.

Self-Management Tools Available to All Players

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you deposit to the Platform.
• Loss Limits: Configure maximum net loss thresholds per session, day, or week. Once reached, no further wagers may be placed until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of play to help maintain awareness of time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) without permanently closing the Account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and be excluded from the Platform for a minimum period of 6 months or indefinitely at your request.

All content on the Aladdin888 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, text, graphics, images, audio, and video materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Aladdin888 or its licensed content and technology partners, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproducing, copying, distributing, reverse engineering, adapting, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent from Aladdin888.

Any unauthorised use of Aladdin888's intellectual property — including scraping, data mining, systematic downloading, or framing the Platform within another website — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aladdin888, its officers, directors, employees, technology partners, and content providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any service provided therein.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Aladdin888 shall not be liable for:

• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any game or service due to technical maintenance, software updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Any loss of funds arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain reasonable security over your credentials.
• Any delay or failure in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment processors, banking infrastructure failures, or Force Majeure events.
• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on information published on the Platform that is provided for general informational purposes only.

Aladdin888's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall in no event exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

Aladdin888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — affecting Player rights, payment terms, or account conditions — reasonable notice will be provided via the Platform, email notification to your registered address, or a prominent notice on the homepage.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting our Customer Support team.
